How is the Oasis built to last?
The Oasis is expertly handcrafted in Los Angeles using premium materials sourced from around the world, on a frame of solid wood and kiln-dried engineered wood certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. The joinery is glued, corner-blocked, and fastened for excellent stability u2014 all backed by our lifetime frame guarantee.
How comfortable are the cushions?
The seat cushions feature a high-density foam core wrapped in premium down for a cloudlike, sink-in feel that still keeps its shape, while the back cushions are a 50/50 blend of down and recycled polyfiber. The high-density foam core keeps all that softness supportive over time; as with any down cushion, we recommend fluffing about once a week to redistribute the fill.
What fabric and colors does the Oasis come in?
The Oasis is upholstered in our performance linen blend u2014 an Oeko-Tex certified fabric that has the durability of a performance fabric but the soft hand and slubby texture of the natural linen and cotton it's made with (blended with polyester). It's machine washable on the gentle cycle and great for high-traffic, family-friendly spaces. Complimentary swatches are available so you can find the right color before you order.
Does the Oasis ship assembled?
Yes u2014 sofas arrive fully assembled. Sectionals ship in 2-3 fully built pieces (depending on size) that your white glove team connects in your room. Because these pieces ship fully built, we recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering.
How will my furniture be delivered?
Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.
What is the white glove delivery process like?
After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.
How do I measure to make sure my furniture will fit?
We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through u2014 the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. What does the warranty cover?
Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use. It does not cover commercial use, or damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear to fabric.
